My Story

Life and Work Experience

My name is Rondelle Young, BSN, IBCLC, CCRN. I am a wife of 31 years. My husband and I have enjoyed raising our three wonderful children to become the caring and talented adults that they are today, and we greatly enjoy our beautiful grandchildren.

I have been practicing as an RN since 2009 with Acute Medical Surgical Care. I got my start with Birthing Family Care in 2011 and went on to gain experience in the whole care of Mother and Baby Education. In 2012, I ventured out to add Neonatal Care to my skill set. All the while, I continued to assist parents in the well-being and care of their precious children. Realizing that this field is a part of who I am, I added Certified Breastfeeding Counselor to my skills in 2014.

My assistant Kayla Cadogan is a loving mother of two and has much experience in exclusive breastfeeding. She is devoted to your goals as parents.
